They're "Prospective Buyers???" hahahahahahahahahaha

It's one thing to sqaut in a house that is not being lived in as long as they're not causing any damage, but to even jokingly say they're prospective buyers is ridiculous.

Many features beautiful in this house. BUT...a few major flaws. House too close to neighbor. Can't take anything around to the back of the house without going through the house itself, or using a crane to lift any moderately sized objects over the roofs! Can we even cut the grass on the back without taking the mower through the house? Squeezed between the houses this way makes it look like a large oversized detached townhouse. Love the interior decor, quodos to the architect and builder implementation. However, the sharp curves on the one fireplace jars with the rest of the rectangular design and looks odd and feels out of place there. Does not fit in, my opinion. Three dimensional ceilings are all great however. No flaws there. Elevator for cars to basement garage, interesting, useful for occasionally used vehicles, makes the garage a "storage" space, rather than functional garage. However, I see other great uses for the same space, like wood workshop, where heavy machines need that kind of elevator access, provided the architect thought of including 440 volt outlets in that garage space for these alternate uses. All of the TV sets are too high on the wall. No proper spaces are allocated for this. Placing china cabinets also awkward. Need a few closed rooms for private function. The open space is great design. But, everywhere? How about a meeting room closed off from the rest of the house? A few doors please. There has to be a reasonably balance between open and private spaces. Choice to fit occasion. When all is said and done, I'd like this architect to design my next home. I know where I'd correct him on the points. But, he has beauty already in his eye. The only thing the architect is missing is "why" we need a particular space.
